The Magic of No-Thinking
BY IMRE VALLYON. EXCERPT FROM THE MAGICAL MIND
This no-thinking is the source of all Power, all Knowledge, all Bliss. It is the Highest State of Being. It is that which is before you. When all activity ceases, there is That. That is So. That is Such. It is inexpressible. It is That which you are looking for. It is That which you have been searching for all your life.

That is not a conceptual thought. It is not at all a thought in your mind. It is different from all forms. When you stop conceptual thinking and forget all your anxieties, worries, fears, hopes, wishes, and strivings, That appears on its own, because That is already there. That is your Self. That is Reality. You are That. That is uncomplicated by thoughts, desires, moods, and patterns. That is not covered by forms, constraints, imaginings, or restrictions of any kind. That Self is One. To remain in that Self is to abide in the Fundamental Reality, in That is So, That is Such, That which always Is.

Who am I? Is there an answer? Do not "meditate." Watch the mind. Thoughts will disappear when everything comes to a standstill. What is left is Truth, which is your Self. Without duality, all things are One.

The mind hates doing nothing. The mind hates Emptiness. The mind will do anything to avoid its own natural state of Silence and Emptiness. This is why it is so difficult to empty the mind. Emptiness of mind is the door to the Fullness of Consciousness. You must empty your cup before it can be filled with the Golden Liquid of Enlightenment.

Nothing is the Mother of Everything. It is No-Thing, Emptiness.

When your mind begins to abide in No-Thing (no thought, no associations, no desires, no chatter, no commentaries; just Silence, Stillness, Emptiness), then it is possible to really experience What Is.

Close your eyes. Just relax your mind and let go. Abide in the space where your awareness naturally is.

Where do you abide? Where is your Space? Is there an inner and outer space? Investigate now.

Your mind is like a strange river, and your thoughts are like logs of wood floating down upon it. Let your thoughts drift by. Do not engage them. Just watch them drift by.
