The Plan is in the Divine Mind

The Cosmic Mind is everywhere. It permeates all Space and all matter. This Universal Mind is also called the Universal Soul. This Infinite and Eternal Mind rules and governs the limitless Ocean of Life, which is Omnispace. This Universal Mind is also the Universal Life-Principle. This Mind is the organizing Life-Principle which, when in manifestation, becomes self-conscious and undergoes an apparent evolutionary motion. Matter (substance) is ruled and directed always, from the beginning of Time (Creation) to the end of Time (Dissolution), by this Universal Life-Principle (God). Matter is organized according to a definite Plan. This Cosmic Plan for all things is in the Mind of God. This Plan can be seen in the evolution of the tiniest atom, as well as in a human being, a planet, a sun, a solar system, or a galaxy. The Cycle of Evolution within our Solar System is guided by the Plan in the Mind of the Logos, the Creator. The Cosmic Creator-Gods have a Plan for Evolution, which used to be called Dharma. This is the real meaning of the word Dharma. It does not mean the Buddhist religion. It does not mean a religious law at all. In its original, cosmic sense, it means the Divine Plan. Nothing in the Universe is haphazard, accidental, or coincidental. Each thing has its own Dharma or Divine Plan: an atom, a human being, a planet, a sun, a galaxy, and Omnispace. That Divine Plan, for each thing, is held in the Divine Mind. The Laws discovered by science so far are but the outer workings of the Divine Plan.
