In the event you are unsatisfied with your product, or your product is not delivered, please contact us at orders@soundinglight.com. We try to provide a high level of service and satisfy any reasonable customer demands.
Our obligations and liabilities for return of goods come under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless the buyer notifies Sounding-Light Publishing within 24 hours of delivery of goods. If the goods are not accepted, the buyer shall pay for the delivery of the returned goods to the seller.
Where the seller is liable to the buyer, the maximum cost of any liability shall not exceed the value of goods or services provided by the buyer to the seller. All items purchased from Sounding-Light Publishing are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. The time agreed for delivery shall not be an essential term of this contract unless the buyer gives written notice to the seller making time of the essence.
